Designation Associate - Finance
Job Description:
* Good Command in Accountancy & knowledge of Oracle & SAP
* Very good Communication Skills
* Ability to analyze numbers & extract meaningful data into Presentations for Management review
* Quick learner & ability to scale up
* Meet 100% TAT on the assigned work
* Achieve Targets on the volumes assigned on Daily basis
* Accuracy needs to be maintained consistently
* Critical activities to be performed as per agreed timelines
* Support GL on analyzing CAPA, error log, escalations and subsequent action planning
* Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the process
* Production Planning: Appropriate allocation and monitoring of work to the team members as & when needed
* First level escalation point of contact: Accountable & responsible for escalation management for all process related issues
* Innovative mind & good to have Six Sigma Knowledge
Desired Profile Required Technical Competencies.:
* Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent = B.Com
* Good Typing and Computer skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexible and change adaptive to shifts
* Open to work in 24/7 environment - shifts
* Observable Leadership skills.
Required Behavioral Competencies:
