Eligibility :
- BE/ B.Tech - ( Any Specialization)/ BCA candidates from 2013 batch with an aggregate of 60% and above.
- B.E/ B.Tech with MBA candidates from 2014 batch with an aggregate of 60% and above.
- 0 - 1 years of relevant experience is preferred .
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand the business in detail and track operational performance through various reports.
- Analyze data and identify deviations from process.
- Understand system workflows and create/modify workflows .
- Report creation and work closely with the business analyst team to gather and analyze operations data.
- Work with different teams to understand operational issues and identify operational inefficiencies.
KRA :
- Monitor and eliminate outliers.
- Implement and document process changes.
- Improve/Automate reporting to set .
Requirements :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Good working knowledge of SQL queries.
- Good in communication.
Skills ( Mandatory) : SQL & XL
Salary Range : INR 2.5 -3.5 Lacs P.A
N.B : Candidate need to take up Job Mentor Assessment for this requirement and a Good Job Mentor score is mandatory for shortlisting.
